It's been a while since we've been in touch but we've not had much to report. We're still waiting for the planning process to take its course. We should have the result of the developers' appeal in a few weeks. We've been busy continuing the restoration of the George, returning the building to its former glory. The campaign continues to make the news.... Campaign supporters Music Heritage UK wrote a piece for the Huffington Post looking at the issue more widely and how venues are being unnecessarily put under threat by a lack of common sense in our planning laws.
