The "THEY SUFFER,YOU SUFFER" is a movement for animals specifically for dogs and cats.This is to prevent them from experiencing any form of abuse. The Philippine Animal Welfare Society has monitored about 100 cases of animal cruelty in the country this year, many of which are ignored due to the lack of stiff penalties against animal abuse. (Boncocan,2013) "THEY SUFFER, YOU SUFFER" will let the abuser feel or experience at least 30% of the pain he caused on the animal and may still depend on the jurisdiction of the law. If the movement will be effective atleast 50% there is a big chance that the movement will expand not only to dogs and cats.
