With inspiration from the petition to change Australia's currency name to 'Dollarydoos' created by Thomas Probst, I thought to myself how else can we reach out to the global Simpson fan base, and at the same time increase Australia's economy? The previous petition aimed to change the name of our currency to 'Dollarydoos' so that the international demographic 'would want to get their hands on some Australian currency due to the real life Simpsons reference...[therefore] driving up the value of the Australian currency.' So I realised, if one were to modernise the flag at the same time incorporating a Simpsons reference, millions of people internationally may visit here with intentions of seeing the flag as they live and breath, therefore benefiting Australia's tourism industry. With your help we can make a change for the better, the time is upon us Australia, please do the right thing. 

(This petition is was not created to take away the success from the 'Dollarydoo' petition. I sincerely believe that these two petitions are both valuable and beneficial documents.)
