DC January Update: Please KEEP SHARING and calling your representatives.

Washington, D.C. this January was a success. New doors opened, the right contacts were made, and we walked through 25 more offices with purpose and follow through. A senior staffer offered the clearest, most effective direction we have received to date, and we acted on it immediately.

We are also announcing two important additions to our delegation. Kirk Pendergrass has stepped in as our new Delegate and is picking up where Chris Hallet was working before his passing in 2020, carrying that work forward with strength and continuity. Irene Reichenbach has joined as well, adding experience, resolve, and steady leadership to the team.

Because we take guidance seriously and we do not waste opportunities, we also completed a major structural improvement to The People’s Remedy and Restoration Act: we now have seven sub bills under the one Bill. This makes it easier for staffers, readers, and reviewers to understand the depth, the mechanics, and the completeness of what the People are bringing forward, without losing the full intent of remedy and restoration.

Hope is not a slogan for us, it is a discipline. Faith is not passive, it is action. We did the work and followed the direction given, and we can see the path getting clearer. Changes are coming, and this Republic is not finished it's being restored!

What H.R. 1776 Will Do
Audit and recover stolen property and corrupted land/court records (MERS, ERDS, SECURE, Tyler Technologies, and more).
Return homes, titles, estates, children, and elders wrongfully taken.
Hold perpetrators accountable — treating forged filings and counterfeit deeds as domestic terrorism and treason.
Create the Office of P.R.O.T.E.C.T. — an independent body of, by, and for the People.
Establish the National Recovery Fund — restore victims, replenish retirements, reduce debt, and rebuild our economy.
