12 year old Tamir E. Rice was playing in the park as kids his age do. He was playing with a BB gun (None-lethal) and was waiving it around while playing. A concerned citzen across the street noticed him pointing it at people and as a safety measure decided to call the local Law Enforcement. During the call, the citizen clearly stated the gun was "probably fake". and finished up the call.
   From here the police have changed their story multiple times. What is known from this point, is that Law Enforcement did arrive, and somehow decided this 12 year old boy was a threat, shot, and seriously injured him. 12 year old Tamir E. Rice later died at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.
   Law officers should be trained how to handle situations lake this and the fact a 12 year old boy was deemed a threat by Law Enforcement and later killed is something which is no longer going to be tolerated. We pay The Government to Serve and Protect. These officers murdered a young boy in cold blood without reason. Please sign and demand Cleveland Mayor Frank G.
