"We the people"are asking for the immediate arrest of Keith Olbermann on the grounds of terrorist threats against the people of the United States and Supreme Court nominee,  Amy Barrett. Keith Olbermann is not within the rights of free speech. The 1st Amendment does not protect speech of threats and intent to do harm to others. Among the category of unprotected speech are “true threats,” statements in which a speaker expresses a “serious” intent “to commit an act of unlawful violence to a particular individual or group of individuals.” When Keith Olbermann said,  "Trump supporters are maggots and need to be taken out of society," that was a clear breach of the 1st Amendment and we would like to see justice being served.
