Save the UK : Halt the Break-Up

The Issue

If the vote to Brexit starts either:
The break up of the UK, or
Separate EU treaties for separate UK countries.

Then Brexit will not cover the whole UK, as voted on.

Save our unity by:

An independent Public Inquiry into Brexit Viability, and then:
A Referendum on the Brexit Deal.

The inquiry will rate the viability & outlook for each deal plainly.
It will report within a timely period.
It will also propose solutions to the concerns of all voters.
Such as:

Local government powers/funding to manage migration growth within the UK internally.
Dual UK/EU citizenship application.

The referendum will provide a distinct range of Brexit deals: from hard to soft to halt brexit.

Please complete both actions before triggering a break-up.

This applies to all UK territory & countries.
