I have been on The Academy Oscars website and sent them the message below, I’ll let everyone know if I get a response thank you all so much for your support. 

Dear The Academy Oscars,

I am writing to you to urge you to remove a film called Detainment from your short movie category, this movie is about the killers of an innocent boy called James Bulger, his parents had no idea this movie was being made, they are heartbroken by this and I ask you really consider and show your support to James family and to remove the movie from your short list.

Thank you for your time and hope you’ll do the right thing by the family.
