While all the Nations on Planet Earth battle against over-population , India stands at the 2nd Rank on largest  population  & the growth of the population in the country remains unchecked , unopposed and unchallenged ! 

The ever growing rapid increase in the population in the country has crushed the medical system , economic system , food chain management , housing & education  - All these departments are under severe pressure & are unable to cope with the rapid number of citizens to look after. 

Sanctioning the Population Control Bill seems to be the need of the hour . If the bill is passed , this shall limit the number of children that are born in the country directly empowering every citizen in the country to lead a better lifestyle. 

The petition is as follows 

While, we are concerned for the obvious implications of heavy burden on the exchequer to meet the food security, education, healthcare, employment opportunities etc. of exploding Indian population, we foresee the LAW AND ORDER issue to be major threat to Nation if the timely (extremely delayed) action is not taken immediately.

We are confident of wisdom of the Law Makers at the helm of affairs but INSIST THAT the following should be integral part of proposed bill.

1. NO GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY OR ANY FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES HAVING MORE THAN TWO KIDS. THIS WILL INCLUDE NO RATION CARD, NO FREE EDUCATION FACILITY OR ANY OTHER FACILITY PROVIDED BY THE GOVT.

2. THE RIGHT TO FRANCHISE SHOULD BE WITHDRAWN FROM FAMILIES WITH MORE THAN THREE CHILDREN. Three children should be counted from ANY MALE MEMBER, WHETHER HE GOES FOR ONE MARRIAGE OR MORE OR HE DIVORCES AND GET REMARRIED. FUTURE GENERATIONS FROM HIS CHILDREN SHOULD ALSO BE NOT ELIGIBLE TO CAST THEIR VOTE OR CONTEST ANY ELECTION.

महोदय,

भारत की विस्फोटक जनसंख्या वृद्धि एक गम्भीर समस्या बन चुकी है और गहन चिन्ता का विषय है। इस तेजी से बढ़ती आबादी से ना सिर्फ खाद्य सुरक्षा, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार सृजन सम्बन्धित वित्तीय बोझ बढ़ी है, अपितु इससे कानून, व्यवस्था, शान्ति एवम् सौहार्द बनाए रखने की चुनौती भी बढ़ी है। इस समस्या से निपटने में काफी विलंब हो चुका है और अब इससे तेजी से निपटने की आवश्यकता है अन्यथा ये देश की अखण्डता और सम्प्रभुता के लिए भी एक खतरा बन जाएगी।

हमें पूर्ण विश्वास है कि हमारे गणमान्य सान्सद इस जटिल समस्या के निदान के लिए प्रयासरत हैं और विचार विमर्श कर रहे हैं। इस सन्दर्भ में हमारी ये अपेक्षा है कि निम्नलिखित सुझावों को भी प्रस्तावित विधेयक में शामिल किया जाएगा:

1 जिस परिवार में दो से ज्यादा बच्चे हैं, उस परिवार को किसी भी प्रकार की वित्तीय सहायता ना प्रदान की जाए। उदाहरण: ऐसे परिवार को राशन कार्ड, मुफ्त शिक्षा इत्यादी योजनाओं से विमुक्त किया जाए।

2 जिस परिवार में तीन से ज्यादा बच्चे हैं, उन्हें और उनकी आने वाली पीढ़ियों को मताधिकार एवं चुनाव लड़ने के अधिकार से वन्चित किया जाए। इस परिवार की परिभाषा में किसी पुरुष से उत्पन्न तीन से ज्यादा बच्चे, चाहे वो एक या अनेक पत्नी से हो या पुनर्विवाह से, शामिल होन्गे। यह प्रावधान इस प्रस्तावित कानून के पारित होने के प्रभावी तिथि से ही लागू किए जाएं।
