DeportedImperial, AKA O5-11 is unfit for a spot on the Overseer Council and should this be fired. Logistics Department has been reduced greatly, even becoming a catch-all phrase for useless and shitty Departments.

The quality of the Logistics Department, Leadershipwise is also terrible. DeportedImperial continuously jokes around while on Site-Delta, occasionally maybe hosting a mass test or two.

Under DeportedImperial’s Administration, he has made no effort to better the Department. He has not communicated with The Dev Team to make Logistics Department better and more useful on-site.

Logistics Department was actually demoted from Subdepartment, to a Department that does not take up a spot. This is clearly terrible, as it shows not only the uselessness of Logistics Department, but it now has made Logistics Department even more inactive. In spite of this, DeportedImperial hails this as a good thing, advertising it all the time.

After this change occurred, when Logistics Department would be pinged to do their job, he would simply say in response “Join LD so you can do it yourself!”

As former Mobile Task Force Director ShotgunPhysics said, “you don't see MTF plugs every time someone whines to us for not doing our job correctly you wanted shit to do and you got it so go and fulfill it instead of putting in plugs because you won't manually recruit.” If the Mobile Task Force, or even any combative Department followed suit with Logistics Department, Site-Delta would be in chaos.

The state of Logistics Department was so bad, they needed something else for DeportedImperial to do. He was given leadership of The Format Crew, a simple non-Department that handles the Nickname Format in the Main Discord server.

Sounds simple enough to manage, no? Not for DeportedImperial. Rather, he went inactive and didn’t plan out how The Format Crew would actually work. He put out a rank system similar to that of Mobile Task Force, with some, actually quite funny names. That in of itself is harmless enough until you realize that each “Format Force” has a certain set of people to Format.

The Format Crew grew inactive due to this terrible system so it was abolished. However, this just made things worse, because DeportedImperial neglected The Format Crew and didn’t replace it with any actual proper structure. It grew even more inactive.

DeportedImperial, the O5-11 is unfit, clearly, just by this evidence alone.

It’s time for a change in Leadership. It’s time to revive LD and TFC.
