Hi All!

Here is our 2019 plan to continue our fight to win back the Tappan Zee name:

1. MAIN PETITION: We've been approved for the google grant program, so we will be using our google ads to get more signatures.  When we get to 200,000, we will be written up again in the newspaper.  We have passed 113,000 and are approaching 114,000!

2. OTHER PETITIONS: We are beginning to promote petitions to return the name to the Triboro, and other NY landmarks, to help keep the Tappan Zee issue alive.  We will share those links shortly.

3. CHANGE THE LAWS: We are starting a new drive to change the laws, both in NY, and federally, that landmarks can't be named after politicians, and only after individuals if they've been dead for 50 years.  We're working on the precise specifics of the laws we want changed, and once decided, we'll be promoting our proposals nationally.

4. BILLBOARD OR FULL-PAGE AD: We will be starting a new fundraiser soon to raise money for a full-page ad or billboard.  Our goal is to raise enough money so that each year, on the anniversary of Cuomo driving over the bridge, we can post an ad that says, "It's STILL the Tappan Zee"

5. AND MUCH MUCH MORE!

Standby.  We will be providing new marching orders in early February, or sooner!  This fight ain't over.  It's just getting started!
