All our health and care services are short of staff. This affect our NHS system every day and this will collapse very soon.

Action needs to be taken, this could be done very easily by suspending for a period of time the requirement for English language, the IELTS and OET,  which started in 2015. That time the NHS and the care system was very different and individual employer decided at interview if a nurses English language was sufficient. 

I think we should go back to this as there are many people with a good qualifications waiting to work in our care sector but struggle with todays form of English exam.
