The last straw for fast food restaurants -- Ban plastic straws in Norway

The Issue

Eight million tonnes of plastic trash flows into the world’s oceans every year. Ending up in our waters, plastic straws make the 'top ten' items picked up on beach clean ups. Straws have a shockingly short lifespan, used once and then discarded to landfill. Straws never biodegrade, taking hundreds of years to break down. All these straws polluting our oceans is having a negative impact on marine life.  Plastic straws suck!

Please sign our petition to ban plastic straws in fast food restaurants in Norway.

Thank you for your support.
