I would like the NHS to stop looking upon Alopecia as a cosmetic condition and put more in to researching the cause and, eventually, the treatment of this debilitating and confidence draining illness. Children should be afforded decent wigs to help them overcome their hair loss and GPs should express more sympathy to those who suffer from the condition.
