We want to share an important development.
A resident has recently escalated the matter to the Tribunal and is now pursuing a claim that we believe is highly unreasonable and far beyond the purpose of the law.

While we cannot disclose specific details because the case is still active, what we can say is this:

➡️ This is no longer just a Mutiara Oriental issue — it affects every condominium resident in Petaling Jaya.

➡️ It shows exactly why outdated pet regulations are being abused, just as we highlighted in this petition:

“This by-law no longer reflects how Malaysians live in 2025. Worse, it is being weaponized by malicious individuals to harass, intimidate, threaten, and pursue personal vendettas within condominiums.”

This ongoing case is a perfect example of that abuse.
