Restore Penn State's 112 Victories! Stop Penalizing the Innocent

Restore Penn State's 112 Victories! Stop Penalizing the Innocent
The Issue
The NCAA is doing more harm to the students, and to the people of the community than they are doing to the man responsible for all of this, Jerry Sandusky!. Penalize the people involved in the scandal, and not the innocent students, fans, and the community that had nothing to do with it. It is not fair to the students who played at those games and dedicated everything to earn those wins. They should not be stripped of their victories because of one mans actions. The current and future students should not have to suffer either.
The current/ future students at Penn State who have worked hard to achieve excellence in Color Guard, Marching Band, Football, Cheerleading and Booster Club should not suffer for the mistakes of others. Allow PENN State to play in all the bowls and to be televised. These kids have worked all of their lives and have earned their place to be apart of something great!
Joe Paterno did his duty by reporting what he knew to his superior, Tim Curley. So the football program should NOT be punished and their 111 won games should NOT be stripped from them. The NCAA should not have even gotten involved and left this a legal matter for the courts to handle.
The community relies on Penn State's football season for the thousand of fans that flood the streets and spend money at vendors, souvenir shops, and other small businesses. Without the season, over the next 4 years, many people will go out of business.
Bottom line, the NCAA is punishing innocent people who had nothing to do with Sandusky's actions. Its not fair to the students, its not fair to the alumni, and its not fair to the community. What Sandusky did was 100% wrong, but Innocent people should not be punished! If you agree, please sign my petition and let your voices be heard. Spread the word, for together, we can fix this!
