My son Paul McGuigan and his colleague Darren Hoare were both brutally murdered in 2009 by Danny Fitzsimons. Although he was given a 20year sentence and lost his appeal a year later he is now thought to be the only prisoner who would benefit from the exchange with Iraq.Not only has he left 5 children without their fathers and devastated the lives of their extended families he was known to have previous convictions and was actually on a suspended sentence when he lied his way to Iraq knowing they had their own sovereignity.Not only do I feel he would be a danger to the British public, why should the  taxpayers be left to pay for his hideous crimes.Iraq is where he wanted to be so please  please  help me keep him there at least until he completes his sentence for double murder and attempted murder on an Iraqi.
