"Protect children from teenage child molesters" PASS THE - "MIMA JUDY - PARENTS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW LAW!!!"
The Issue
NOT ALL CHILD MOLESTERS ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18!!!
IF THE ANONYMITY OF CHILD MOLESTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 CONTINUES...THINK ABOUT HOW MANY CHILDREN WILL BE AND HAVE BEEN PLACED AT RISK TO BE REPEATEDLY SEXUALLY ABUSED/ASSAULTED BY THEIR PEERS!!
PARENTS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHO IS SITTING NEXT TO THEIR CHILD AT SCHOOL, interacting with their children in the playgrounds, sharing locker rooms,etc...before the unknowing parents allow sleep overs, play dates, and so forth with guilty molesters!
If a teen,tween or young adult ...is found guilty by way of plea, judge or jury of sexual misconduct from the simplest to the most extreme, parents have a right to know in order to pro-actively protect their children from being placed in harms way! To date...you have no way of knowing!
The pre-meditated actions of a child molester,under the age of 18,...proves that the molester made an adult conscious decision to purposely harm another child and the actions should not be considered a mistake of a minor... Henceforth...the molester should no longer be considered a minor and should not be protected with minor's rights of anonymity!
Five and six years old play doctor; not teen,Tweens or young adults ...they are seeking sexual gratification not "playing a sick game"...as one mother of a tween child molesting brother and sister referred to their behavior as!
The courts should be federally as well as locally mandated to inform schools,social activities and the public about child molesters under the age of 18!
These molesters and their parents need to be monitored closely...regardless of financial, business,marital, political, or religious statuses. The parents are obviously not taking/making the time, showing interest or monitoring their children's behavior.
Yes..the Internet provides extensive information about any topic, but you have to wonder ... where do these young molesters learn about such adult sexual behavior in order to even think about searching it on the Internet!
Don 't expect the parents of the molesters or themselves to be honest with you...you would be surprised what truths/skeletons are hidden! This happens in all financial statuses...from the wealthy to the poor!!! How well do you really know anybody or what transpires in their residences?
It's about time, we unite as a country to protect the young victims...our children,grandchildren, neighbors,friends,etc...from being victimized and prevent further re-victimization by their peers as opposed to protecting the anonymity of the perpetrator(s)!!!
