Good dogs should not be forced to wear a muzzle in the middle of the summer disallowing them to naturally breath out of their mouths. It is cruel and unjustified. We propose that dog owners should make sure that they have a trained animal and that actions should be taken against aggressive dogs (OF ANY TYPE) and owners rather than blatant discrimination.
