As a whole community, the Blackstone Valley Prep High School scholars and families have been impacted by the abrupt departure of our Head of School, Jonathan Santossilva, and our Dean of Culture, Al Speaks. As scholars we have been impacted day in and day out by their strong will to work with us and develop us to learn as well as to lead. They have established the PRIDE in our culture. Everyday they have persevered through many obstacles that are out of their control. Respect has been taught and managed by our high leadership team. Integrity is what makes them great leaders, whether it's teaching our teacher skills, or showing us the path. Discipline, they have established a system in which we have opportunities that will lead us to our success. We have discipline in our hard work, we have discipline by making each individual better each day. Their enthusiasm to work with every scholar and teacher is indescribable. Though days get tough, they know that our success is what motivates them to work with us everyday. They are the heart of the Blackstone Valley Prep High School, they are the glue the holds our growing and developing community at BVPHS. Instead of pushing them away, as a community gather around and support them. The Board of Directors and the people below them at network level must support Jonathan Santossilva and Al Speaks to develop and lead our school. Our founding class exclusively wants to be walked up, on June 2018, by Mr.Santossilva on our day of graduation. Let our community decide, let our voices be heard. Today we learn, Tomorrow we Lead
