San Francisco's overhead utility wires are an urban blight and degrade our city.

The City should promptly resume and complete the undergrounding of utility wires throughout the entire city of San Francisco by creating and implementing a citywide program to finance and implement undergrounding.

This program should provide a complete schedule and address the financing of the undergrounding through a reasonable and equitable distribution of the costs among the residents and property owners of San Francisco.
