Currently the San Fernando pound captures stray animals in the city and provides improper housing and a serious lack of care for these defenceless animals.

We need to raise awareness of the current condition at the pound and the outright cruel and inhumane treatment these dogs must endure! There is severe overcrowding and up to 10 dogs are housed in one cell!! The photo shows one dog being eaten by another without any concern by those in charge.
