17 dogs including puppies dead, poisoned in Ulus Park, Besiktas on Thursday (February 27th). Many believe the killers were the Ulus Park cafe. Untagged unsterilized dogs continue to be dumped in this park and the Besiktas area, giving birth to so many with little or no food, they are starving. Besiktas Beliediyre are not sterilizing them. Save the dogs, stop people poisoning them by demanding the Mayor put pressure on Besiktas Beliediyre to do their job by sterilizing and tagging all the dogs and return them back to Besiktas, and that the killers of these 17 dogs are brought to justice.
