This petition of the following named citizens, draws to the attention of the Council that the petitioners are concerned that Glen Eira City Council’s current planning scheme is resulting in inappropriate development in certain parts of Glen Eira, and that the current planning scheme does not adequately address and protect (among other things) social and environmental amenity, heritage, neighborhood character, traffic and parking congestion, or flood risks.
