We, the citizens of the town of Cranford (undersigned), oppose the zoning application and requested variances for the proposed convenience store (7-Eleven) at 49 South Avenue West, Block: 473 Lot 1 Zone: ORC (Application #ZBA 16-03). The zoning variances requested for 7-Eleven at 49 South Avenue West will have significant negative impacts to the residents of Cranford: 24 hour light and noise pollution directly impacting the surrounding residential homes Traffic and safety issues Damaging impact on the surrounding residential property values Loss of neighborhood character We demand that the Zoning Commission reject the proposed application and variances.
