We have major concerns about the impact of the proposed high-density Tymber Creek Apartments located at the northwest of the intersection of West Granada Boulevard and Tymber Creek Road.

This development is not compatible with adjacent established residential areas of single-family homes and will negatively impact these property owners to the north, east, and west.  

We are also concerned about the traffic from such a high-density development.

We request that the density be downsized and only single-family homes be permitted.

Furthermore, we request that Low-Impact Development principles be used, rather than wholesale clear-cutting of trees and large retention ponds.  We believe it is important to preserve the natural beauty of the land.
