The Issue
Martina McClure, then senior, was assaulted in her high schools restroom in September 2016. She was choked and beaten with a cell phone during this barbaric act. Lea Sizemore, a junior, was responsible for the senseless attack. The trial was then prolonged, the defense used any delay tactic feasible. After a mistrial and many postponed court hearings, Sizemore was acquitted of the charges following a three day grand jury trial.
Martina has set out to fight for justice reform, determined to protect potential victims and out the system that failed to protect her. Thank you for supporting her mission. ❤️
