Nowadays, almost everything, right from a phone recharge to the monthly grocery shopping happens online. I am a person with visual impairment, and I rely on screen readers to navigate the online world. 

I use the Airtel Thanks App regularly. But I struggle to use it independently most times because the app is not accessible by screen readers. When the whole world is online, why are persons with visual impairments being made to stay away? 

I am requesting Airtel to make their app accessible to persons with visual impairments. Airtel Thanks developers are kindly requested to follow the Accessibility Standards laid out by google, strictly, and make their app compatible with screen readers.
