On Wednesday, July 19th the Lowell planning board will be once again to discuss the Gervais dealership project. We can never stress enough the importance and effectiveness of "people presence". Please show up and once again show the decision-makers our reserve and dedication to seeing a trail connection come to fruition. The meeting will be held at 6:30 in the Lowel City Council chambers.
