To all our supporters,

I'm writing to let you know that the Land & Environment Court hearing into the appeal by K Capital Group against the rejection of the Development Application is to be held next week, commencing on Wednesday June 12.

The hearing will commence on site, outside the theatre at 65 George Street, at 9.30am on Wednesday, and a number of speakers, including myself, will be addressing the Court. The Court will then re-adjourn to its Sydney base at 225 MacQuarie Street.

It would be wonderful if some (or many!) of you were able to be present, to show the Court there is community interest in keeping the theatre intact for future generations.
