We’re just four weeks out from the Land and Environment Court hearing to determine whether the owner’s Concept Development Application (DA) to erect a 33-storey tower through and over the Roxy will be granted.

Up to this point the Concept DA has been refused by the Heritage Council (July 2018), and that decision endorsed by the Sydney Central City Planning Panel (September 2018),

The Concept DA is now listed for a three-day hearing in the Court from Wednesday 12 to Friday 14 June 2019. The hearing will start on-site at the Roxy Theatre, 69 George Street Parramatta at 9:30AM and continue to a formal hearing in the Court (Macquarie Street, Sydney).

Help us save the Roxy as a 1,600-seat live venue . Our  petition has over 1,750 signatures but we still need many, many more. Please do what you can to spread the word!  Let’s try to make it 2,500 signatures before the hearing.
