Hi guys, so lights fest is still not reading the emails and is sending an automatic reply about their no refund policy. And important note is that their no refund policy covers date changes, but NOT location changes! Unfortunately, it seems they will not honor their own policy. So what can we do? Share this petition to get more signatures. The more signatures we get, the more quickly they’ll take action. Also, if you bought your ticket through a third party, contact them! Organizations and websites that sell tickets to events have a responsibility to ensure that the events are real and not scams, as this has turned out to be. If they come back with the no refund policy, send them a picture of your ticket where it says “no refunds due to date change” and let them know that the LOCATION changes are not covered in the ticket, which is the binding contract. A third option is to go to your bank / credit card company and report the transaction as fraudulent. Let them know the company scammed you by selling you tickets for an event that was never going to happen. This option is great because, as more and more financial institutions begin to investigate, it will put more pressure on the lights fest to do the right thing. I’m copying in a photo of the ticket with the refund policy, so you can see it.
