To our supporters,

Thank you for standing with this campaign. Since we began, your engagement has helped shine a light on a practice that many of us have found frustrating for years: the prevalence of stickers in sets designed for longevity.

As I have continued to compile data on set inventories, it has become clear that our goal - sticker disclosure - is about much more than personal convenience. It is a fundamental issue of product transparency and environmental responsibility.

Our Two-Tiered Objective:

  • The Immediate Goal: Mandatory Sticker Disclosure. We believe that as a global leader in sustainability, LEGO must provide full transparency regarding product composition, starting with clearly indicating sticker usage on retail packaging.
  • The Ultimate Goal: Material Innovation. By linking our request for disclosure to LEGO's own sustainability mandates, we are creating a clear case for why they should transition away from non-recyclable, short-lived adhesive components toward long-term printed solutions.

Why This Matters

LEGO builds products intended to last for generations, yet they continue to include non-recyclable sticker sheets designed to fail within a 5-to-10-year window. This material mismatch is a 'sustainability gap' that contradicts the company's commitment to generational design.

There is a common argument that stickers make sets more affordable. However, we believe this is a short-sighted perspective. By including disposable stickers in a product makreted for its long-term, generational value, the company is effectively devaluing the set over time. We aren't asking for cheaper sets; we are asking for a consistent standard of quality that protects the value of our collection for the next 40+ years, not just the next 5.

By quantifying 'sticker-density' across decades of sets, we are building a data-backed case that makes the argument for transparency and innovation impossible to ignore. We aren't just asking for better labels; we are asking for an industry standard that matches the extraordinary quality and lifespan of the bricks themselves.

Thank you for your continued support as we build this evidence-based case. Together, we are holding  a global leader to its own standards.
