With current concerns about issues such as migration, I believe we are clouded with the belief that migrants commit more crimes than the majority as shown in statistics stating how 104,000 foreign national convictions took place between 2021 and 2023.This includes 38,413 for crime relating to violence, sexual assault, drugs and theft. Foreign nationals were convicted of sexual offences and the top five nationalities by conviction per 10,000 were: Albania, Moldova, Congo, Namibia, and Somalia. But we sense stagnant statics make up 0.17% of the population of England and Wales (as the statistics were for Wales and England only) which shows how much parties such as reform and restore exaggerate how much migrants commit crime  
What we really need to focus on is the judiciary as they are responsible for how criminals are delt with as the Judiciary has a role of interpreting and applying the law, resolving disputes, and upholding the rule of law. Originally this petition was designed for a school project, but it’s more than that. It was evident minorities would get treated harsher comparted to a white person. Realistically, we should blame the justice system for its failures of justice rather than classing all ethnic minorities as a threat. 
By reforming the judiciary, it will clearly outline and implement harsh punishments especially for those who have committed a crime and is proven otherwise, although it understandable that proving if someone's guilty is difficult especially if there's limited evidence However remaining stationary would only worsen our trust in the justice system

This was my original argument which further suggests the need for the judiciary system to be reformed:

Many people in the UK do not experience equal treatment in the legal system, particularly those from minority backgrounds and vulnerable people who need protection. Statistics show that ethnic minorities make up 28% of the prison population despite being only 18% of the general population. Black individuals are also more than three times as likely to be imprisoned. This shows that inequality still exists within the justice system. At the same time, many vulnerable people – especially women, elderly people, and victims of abuse or harassment – struggle to get legal protection. Injunctions and legal action often cost hundreds of pounds, and legal aid is very limited. This means that people who are in real danger are sometimes left without help simply because they cannot afford it. This unfair treatment damages people’s trust in the law and prevents many from feeling safe or treated equally. Everyone deserves the same protection and fairness under the law, no matter their background or financial situation. We call on the UK government to take action by reviewing sentencing practices, improving training to reduce bias, increasing support for victims, and ensuring equal protection for all citizens.
