These plans will mean the end of racing at Kempton Park, the track where great horses such as Arkle, Mill House, Desert Orchid and Kauto Star inspired a passion for National Hunt racing, not only in me, but in generations of racing fans.

KEMPTON PARK is NOT a loss-making track, it is an historic course which has played a significant role in the growth of National Hunt racing throughout the latter half of the 20th century, and into the hugely popular and significant sport we know today.
