Imposing prohibition on the Job Descriptions seeking CA, CS, CWA basis No. of attempts
The Issue
Nowadays jobs posted by most of the employers require CA, CS, CWA with 1 or 2 attempts. It is hard to understand how does it matter whether a person took 1 attempt or multiple attempts. A lot of hard work is put to earn these professional degrees.
These globally recognized professional bodies should ban such artificial propaganda which lead bright professionals to nowhere by benchmarking them in terms of the number of attempts.
Time to bring a change! Every professional should be treated at par and the job description, the interviewers should not ask for number of attempts.
