As Dr Martin Luther King, Jr, once said: "Never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the wellbeing of a person or animal is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds on our soul when we look the other way."

It is time to drag your country into the 21st Century and immediately outlaw this sort of mindless cruelty to defenceless animal. A civilisation is judged on how it treats its weakest members.

There is no place in this or any other world for this kind of behaviour. This person and those like him deserve to be prosecuted and schools should be made to compulsorily educate children on animal rights. If the cow is sacred, why not the dog, or the chicken, or any other sentient being?

Do the right thing. a man recently uploaded a video to Facebook proudly showing himself swinging a dog viciously by its tail and smashing it into a parked car. That is wrong on every level. Do the right thing. Make such behaviours illegal and punishable by law.
