Problem : Nowadays, some students thinks that work immersion is not important for them and they only do it so they can graduate because work immersion is one of the requirements for grade 12 students. In order to prepare students for all curriculum exits, work immersion offers Senior High School students the chance to familiarize themselves with the workplace, simulate employment, and apply their abilities in areas of specialization or applied topics in an actual work setting. Another importance of work immersion it can be their/our practice in the future if they are going to apply in TVL related works or they are planning to have business that is also related to their strand. 

Solution: In my opinion students need to be orient more about work immersion so they will be reminded that immersion is important not only a requirements to graduate but also in their future works. Work immersion will stay same even if they believe this campaign or not but this campaign will remind all the students is immersion is important.  

Solution: Early on, students grow financially conscious. Students get the ability to think like adults, handle their finances skillfully, and are exposed to learning other relevant skills like marketing and budgeting by experiencing the everyday activities of a genuine work setting. immeEnhanced cognitive skills: immersion students typically develop greater cognitive flexibility, demonstrating increased attention control, better memory, and superior problem solving skills as well as an enhanced understanding of their primary language.rsion is not a waste of time or requirements.
