We are calling for the immediate removal of Minister Lindiwe Zulu as the head of Social Development and for her to be held accountable for the failures and dismal paying out of the SRD 350 grant and the decline in the Social Development system in general.
Millions in our country have no choice but to depend on Social Assistance due to the extreme rise in unemployment.
The SRD 350 grant was supposed to be a relief to the most vulnerable in order for them to survive.
Millions are starving as they have not received this grant in both the old and new SRD periods. 
NO PAYMENT; STILL PENDING; WAITING FOR PAYMENT ; WAITING FOR BANK DETAILS TO BE VERIFIED; UNFAIRLY DECLINED, REGULATIONS THAT DISQUALIFY MILLIONS UNJUSTLY; TECHNICAL ISSUES and the list goes on..
As Nelson Mandela once said "If the ANC does to you what the Apartheid government did to you, Do to the ANC what you did to the Apartheid Government"
This is the time for the people to unite and stand up against the treatment by the departments headed up by this Minister!
We as Civil Society have already filed legal action through The Black Sash on behalf of all beneficiries . 
There is strength in numbers and we, the people can turn this around if we stand together as one.
