The Hunting Act - Reform Not Repeal

The Issue

Having been defeated last year in his attempt to repeal the Hunting Act, David Cameron, has again decided to try and repeal the Act. Please, vote now and tell the government that the people of this country oppose blood sports, and that:

i:) a repeal must not be allowed to happen.

ii:) the existing legislation must not be watered-down, increased hound pack sizes should not be allowed, and hunts should not, in any way, be allowed to increase in scope or capacity.

iii:) it should be made illegal to cause or permit a dog to hunt, attack, injure or kill a wild mammal.

iv:) Hunting Act offences should be recordable as criminal offences.

v:) Hunting Act offences should be prosecutable in line with the Wild Mammals Protection Act 1996.

vi:) disqualification from owning animals should be considered for repeat or serial offenders.
