This petition goes against animal cruelty and any acts that harm these innocent lives. We live in Wenatchee, Washington where it is currently 10- 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Despite the cold, there is a young German Shepherd outdoors, at all times regardless of the weather. Snow, ice, rain, hail, wind, etc. The puppy is restrained by a chain/ leash + NO food or water. As well as NO accessible shelter in sight. This puppy should not be in such conditions, lacking the proper care needed for a healthy and happy life. Signing this petition would mean lots, and will make a difference.
