The Issue

I am requesting an expedient public confirmation of my rights and the rights of the members of the First Cannabis Church of Eugene, OR. Due to the growing religious intolerance and persecution upon proclaiming my religious faith, I hereby request the city of Eugene stands behind its proclamations, charters and the guaranteed constitutional rights of the state of Oregon. I am requesting immediate  advocacy of my guaranteed human rights. I am receptive to learning the boundaries of my religious freedom, all my research confirms that I am entitled to practice my religion in teachings, practices, worships and observances both public and private. The longer the City of Eugene delays public confirmation I predict religious intolerance will expand accordingly. I have repeatedly attempted to engage in mutually respected report with the City of Eugene Oregon during my numerous inquiries regarding my inherent Oregon constitutional rights yet my attempts have been repeatedly disregarded as mere folly and ignored with no further discussion either intended or encouraged. Consequently I have patiently inquired further and sought cooperative guidance and explanation of my rights in this delicate matter. My communication with the First Cannabis Church of Eugene Oregon congregation has been and shall continue to be absolutely transparent in both meaning and delivery hence it is of vital importance that the HRC clearly state its sound reasoning supporting its position against the valid doctrine legally established by the FCCEO. According to Article 18. UDHR states 'Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.' Reflecting upon our universal human rights clearly stated in this declaration, the FCCEO requests that our inherent rights be granted else we shall be unavoidably compelled to appeal for justifiable recognition by securing legal counsel determined to uphold the law and inevitably grant us our inalienable rights as Oregon citizens.

Sincerely yours,
Rev. Michael Anthony Sakell ‪#‎localCannabisChurch‬     The State of Oregon Constitution states the following:
