The current government has repeatedly and verifiably lied to the country, treated voters with contempt, and gone back on clear campaign promises.

We have the right to choose better leadership. 

We demand that Prime Minister Boris Johnson calls for a General Election to be held before 28th February 2022. 

We ask the Speaker to put this motion to the House, and ask the Commons and Lords to vote for an election by tabling a motion for early election under FTPA.

If this cannot be done or fails, we demand the House of Commons take an immediate vote on 'this House has no confidence in Her Majesty’s Government’, which would trigger 14-day period in which either a second vote was won that the ‘House has confidence’ in the government (unlikely), or an election is triggered.

The people demand an immediate opportunity to choose a new government when the one we have is neither honest nor trustworthy.
