The Honourable Justice Gail Sutherland needs to meet alienated parents!
The issue
The Family Courts of Western Australia has turned into an extended form of intimate partner violence costing children and parents years of their lives, damage to their mental health and hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Parents engaging in litigation are being struck by unfounded allegations, twisted “truths” they are unable to defend leaving them traumatised and often without any access to their children. The Family Courts of Western Australia is bound by a legislation or set of rules, these can be found here:

The main purpose of these rules is to ensure that each case is resolved in a just and timely manner at a cost to the parties and the court that is reasonable in the circumstances of the case.
There are no perjury provisions so any party can just lie and lie to get their way without any consequence!
Many parents are being denied access to their children because the other parent has invested thousands of hours and dollars painting an inaccurate representation of them to the courts in affidavits and documents. The Department Of Child Protection would allow and promote the relationship between the non residential parent in cases of actual child abuse worse than imaginable yet the family courts simply allow the severance of maternal and paternal relationships with our children!
The Honourable Justice Gail Sutherland needs to step up and hear what we are going through as parents who are suffering trauma and in cases PTSD due to litigation that in some cases spans over a decade!
Children only have one childhood and to be denied a relationship with both of their parents due to parental conflict and a disgraceful system of litigation used to assassinate the weaker party our children are suffering!
Where are you Honourable Justice Gail Sutherland? Can we talk to you as human being to human being? We are not trained legal specialists and majority of us cannot afford legal advice as well as exorbitant child support amounts on minimal wages!! Why should our children be denied our love??
