Loki was a 13-week-old kitten who was tortured and killed by Robert Heckmann of Pueblo, Colorado. Heckman videotaped himself trying to drown and eventually strangling Loki, an orange tiger kitten. 

Under a proposed plea agreement, Heckmann could spend as little as one day in jail with probation. By signing this petition, you are sending a message to the judge presiding over the case that such sadistic and barbaric behavior is entirely unacceptable and should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
