There is a court in Colorado Springs called "Veterans Trauma Court". It is for veterans who committed various crimes. Colorado passed House Bill 15-1267, (http://www.leg.state.co.us/clics/clics2015a/csl.nsf/fsbillcont2/0FA264144E21FA3987257DCB00620869/$FILE/1267_01.pdf)  allowing people on probation to use medical marijuana for their medical conditions. Thanks to the wonder services provided from the VA, many veterans have turned to medical marijuana to help ease their conditions that are the result of combat. However the judge that oversees this court will not allow people that have medical marijuana licenses to use medical marijuana to treat their symptoms of PTSD, TBI, chronic pain, and other medical conditions. I am hoping this petition will make the honorable judge to reconsider his decision on this matter.
