Last night I watched Tyrone's brave friend, Ethan Egart, ask the ABC Q&A panel why Tyrone and I are about to be forced to leave Australia. It was so heartwarming to see the panel's support for us – incredibly, that included government minister Andrew Robb. I know that politicians such as Queensland Senator Jan McLucas, Hon. Clive Palmer, Hon. Teresa Gambaro, The Queensland Health Minister Hon. Cameron Dick and Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk have either made representations or written letters of support for Tyrone and I. Though unfortunately this is not enough. The final decision ultimately still lies with the Minister for Immigration, Peter Dutton. With the deadline for the decision looming, it is now more important than ever that we keep the pressure on!
