A dog's last day should be of old age with a loving family, not alone in a shelter. We can end puppy mills and eradicate backyard breeding if we come together to say #betterbreedingmatters

To begin to better the current industry, we can:
- bring in mandatory registrations for anyone intending to breed.
- lift cross-breeding restrictions for registered breeders.
- increase ethical standards for breeders, including compulsory education on the benefits of breeding for optimal health and temperament.
- have owners sign an agreement to castrate or spay their new puppy within 6 months of adoption, unless they intend to register to breed themselves.
