The Victorian government is planning to introduce medicinal cannabis, but may take sometime to be introduced, early 2017 the government has stated. The sick & dying & the people who supply them with medicinal cannabis, need to be given amnesty immediately. An investigation should be able to determine whether or not amnesty should be given, General Practitioners & specialist could give evidence & opinion whether medicinal cannabis has been effective. Police could investigate if trafficking has occuerrd.

If an amnesty is not given to the people that supply medicinal cannabis to the sick & dying, or parent's that give their child medicinal cannabis to treat epilepsy, autism, cancer etc, more will suffer quality of life could deteriorate with a possible loss of life which could be avoided. What kind of society would punish the sick & people that are helping others free of charge where modern medicine hasn't been able to help?
