With one week until the ABC Documentary 'Don't Stop The Music' goes to air, we are thrilled to let you know nearly 1,000 people have signed the petition. With your help, we can see thousands more sign the petition, and let the Hon Dan Tehan MP, Federal Education minister know, that Australians want every child, in every school to receive a quality music education.
Invite your friends to watch the show, and sign the petition. Use the hashtag #DontStopTheMusicAU and help reach the goal.
You can email or write to The Education Minister independently if you wish: https://www.aph.gov.au/Senators_and_Members/Parliamentarian?MPID=210911
Victorians can also sign the Victorian Election Education Music Charter, and write to your local candidate using the pro-forma available here: http://smag-schoolmusicactiongroup.blogspot.com/2018/09/smag-spring-enews-2018.html
Thanks for your help! Together, we can make a change!
